5 STARS FOR BERTHA!I placed my order via whatsapp with Hilary and went to pick up my order where I met Bertha. Often in shops you can't find help and when you do that person can't help you and needs to get someone else who can, to end it all the person at check out is unpleasant. Its a terrible experience and it spoils your day but Saturday was not one of those days. Bertha is an absolute star. She really knows her stuff. She's friendly and professional. When I came to collect she knew who I was and knew my order. While I looked around she took my order to the front of the store, we checked the order (not that it was needed because Bertha is on top of things), my order was carried to my car and I was on my way. Bertha is a real pro!

Hilary is a very friendly and helpful lady who had my order delivered to me in a town two hours drive from CT within less than twenty four hours. This is a God sent business rendered to the public.
